How To Place An Order

  • To process your order on merchandise in-stock in our 80,000 sq. ft. showroom, we require payment in full at the time of your purchase. To process out of stock special orders we require 1/3 deposit of the total furniture price.

  • We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover (no processing fees)


  • In Most cases, allow 2 - 6 weeks for deliver on in-stock items. Allow 5 - 11 weeks on special orders

  • Most deliveries within our 50 mile delivery zone will be made by Carolina Furniture Mart's in home service. All other deliveries in the United States and Worldwide will be made "by a quality Furniture Delivery Service. Please note deliveries outside our 50 mile zone are scheduled by a contracted delivery company. They will contact you to set up a delivery date and time.

  • You are responsible for notifying Carolina Furniture Mart in advance of any special delivery conditions. We are not responsible for fit or entry of furniture in your home. We will provide you with dimensions of any furniture upon request. Carolina Furniture Mart or Delivery Contractors will NOT hang any items. In the event that the delivery location is not accessible by the carrier's vehicle (delivery truck), the delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point and you will be responsible for the delivery from that point. A redelivery charge is likely if you miss your scheduled delivery time.

Conditions of Sale

  • Title of the merchandise of the sales order does not pass from Carolina Furniture Mart to the purchaser until merchandise is paid in full.

  • Carolina Furniture Mart reserves the right to cancel the sales order at any time. The customer will be notified and any money received on this purchase will be returned.

  • We are not liable for delays in manufacturing or shipping due to conditions beyond our control. Cancellation by the customer will result in the forfeiture of the required deposit.

  • It is your responsibility to check your order for accuracy in regards to style number, finish and fabric choice. Errors in pricing or arithmetic are subject to correction.

Damages and Warranties

  • At the time of delivery, please inspect each item. In the event an item appears to be defective or damaged, please notify the delivery personnel immediately. If possible they will correct the problem. If the problem cannot be fixed, please note it on the bill of lading. You will need to return the item with the delivery personnel. Once we have the item back, it will be deluxed, repaired to 100% factory standards or replaced. You will not repay any additional delivery cost unless the item met manufacturers quality standards.

  • Carolina Furniture Mart does not guarantee the durability, wearing, quality and fastness of colors of fabrics, vinyls, leather or wood products. However, they will be covered under the manufacturers warranty. Floor samples are sold AS- IS.
